About eLyceum

eKranium’s Lyceum is dedicated to the cultivation and proliferation of creativity and innovation within individuals and organizations.

Inspired by the Aristotle’s Lyceum in Athens, Greece, where like-minded learners converged to indulge in the study of philosophy to gain knowledge of various subjects through dialogue and exchange of ideas and thoughts.

Our Lyceum is focused on the knowledge and study of creativity and innovation, intellectual growth and the ability to practice it in real-world environment.

Founder's Note

Creativity and innovation have been an integral part of the human evolution from the nomadic stone age to the industrial age, to the present modern information age. As we face the future, the response to the rapidly changing world landscape requires intelligent responses to myriads of challenges that confront our society today. We need innovative ideas, approaches, solutions, thinking, processes, and actions. We need to develop leaders that match the challenge. Innovation and leadership are integrated. One cannot happen without the other.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

eKranium’s Lyceum provides a practical approach to fostering an environment where creativity and innovation flourish. It is a community to exchange ideas, thoughts, experiments, and dialogue with people and interact with each other. eKranium guides and assists you to create that creative, innovative environment.

OUR STUDIES OF CREATIVE CULTURES

We analyzed three completely distinct clusters of creativity in human history that have shaped our thoughts, culture, history, and lives.

Spanning over two thousand years of history, these three eras occurred at different times, in different locations and in different subjects. But they all share common characteristics and ingredients that teach us many lessons.

The Parthenon, brilliant, elegant and ancient, symbolizes our philosophy and approach to the advancement of creativity and innovation. The structure has stood for centuries, and if the stones could talk, they would tell astounding stories of people and history.

The foundation of CURIOSITY AND IMAGINATION, the two powerful symbols, provide the seeds for creativity and innovation to flourish, blossom and bloom.

As Einstein wisely stated: “Imagination is more important than knowledge.”

The six columns that support the Parthenon are the elements that provide structure and stability giving life to the infrastructure for creativity and innovation to flourish.

The top of the architecture, open to the sky, is where the new ideas soar as you invent the future.

Parthenon has endured for centuries.

THE NEXT FRONTIER

eKranium guides and assists organizations to create and establish the culture and infrastructure of creativity and innovation. It includes not just a library, but workshops, science laboratories, art centers, music, theatre, model-building, experiment shop, and other appropriate centers unique to the organization.
